Paralles Toolbox Capture Area/Screen - Alt command 'Run with delay' does not delay

Hello.
To clarify, no matter what amount of time you select when the tool is started, via "Options" pop up menu, it starts immediately?
Just in case, could you describe the steps taken, and please collect a technical report after the reproduction (click on the Parallels Toolbox icon in Mac menu bar -> click on the cogwheel in the top right corner -> select Help -> Send Technical Data) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply message.

Thank you for the .gif, however, on it, I can see it the screen selection for "Capture" popping up immediately which is as designed.
The idea is with either screen capture or recording, to allow selection and begin actual recording when its clicked on, whether that is an entire screen or some part of it.
The delay is supposed to be applied once the selection is clicked on, e.g on the .gif after you clicked on the area Toolbox normally would have an icon of the capture in the Dock with numbers ticking down, and actual screenshot\or video would begin recording with a set delay.
Since I cannot see that occur on the .gif, can you let us know if it doesn't work as described for you, and if the actual capture begins immediately, and if so, what frequency of occurrence?

I see - my dock is auto hidden so I didn't expect to see something there. I was thinking the boundary would still be active on the screen during the delay - So I was misunderstanding how it worked. My use case is to take screen captures of context menus/pop up menus - the ones that disappear when you click away to go initiate a screen grab. Thank you for your time and patience into looking into this for me, now that I understand how it works. Cheers-
