paralles won't start up

HI there,
after a shutdown due to lack of power Parallels Desktop doesn't start up anymore. Icon bounces around without end. Already uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times, even manually eraing all files via terminal. Also did a restore of the program with time machine. So far, nothing changed.
Any help would be appreciated, Marco

or ~/Library/Parallels/bugreports/

* /Library/Logs/panic.log
or ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Parallels.crash.log from the Mac side;

I am new to parallels but i have the same problem it shows the start up screen then won't boot up. Where did type in your formula?

Do you mean Parallels Desktop or Windows, Do you have Windows installed in Virtual Machine?
