Paralles6 + Windows (XP or 7) + Visio = trouble

In WinXP SP3 VM and Win7 VM, clear installation, MSOffice 2010 works properly, but not Visio 2010.
When I run Visio after installation, first runs Windows Installer as like Visio was not installed properly.
After 1-1,5 minutes Visio stil works, but the next run this situation reapeat again.

Can somebody help?
