Parells Toolbox gone and no MAC Apps appear on my Windows 10 Screen

On December 15 everything worked well. Then Windows 10 performed updates (5 hours worth). I run ios Sierra, updated.
After this my screen has shortened and I've lost my Mac desk top on Windows, including a Windows only program,
Legacy Genealogy. The files are there but Windows/Parallels can't access it. I've also lost Toolbox. Help!

And do you have a start button on the Windows side? If yes, please try to restart the explorer process?
