Partial Multiple Displays

    Is it possible to use two of my three displays for the guest OS and leave one dedicated to the host. I am currently using VMWare Fusion which restricts me to using 1 or all of the displays. This is incredibly disappointing. If Parallels will let me select which of the displays to run with the guest I will be switching immediately.
