Payment authorization fails on good card

Trying to check out using cards, and all of my details are correct yet it says Payment not authorized. Need to purchase this asap

It's the same issue happening for me. Payment not authorised happening ; tried credit card, PayPal .this is a renewal, so, first purchase I was lucky to get away using Paypal.
this time I am stuck.. Need help asap
