Payments not working on renewals

Hi - I'm trying to reactivate my renewal - have tried 2 different cards and PayPal. All go through auth ok and Parallels website responds with Ok, but nothing is taken and my licence is not reactivated. CC companies cannot help - say its an issue with merchant. I cannot have more than one trial either.

Also - there seems to be no way to raise a support ticket for this - just points to articles. Not great. Phone number or email to give you money might be an idea!
