PC run into a problem and needs to reboot

Just installed Workstation for Windows.
Host - Win 7 64
Try to install Win 8 64 Guest.
When install starts I get this message in a loop - "PC Ran Into a problem and needs to reboot" over and over.

Any suggestions appreciated.
