PCI Support

I am running Windows 8 on a MacbooK Air (2013). If I purchase an external thunderbolt PCI chassis for an external GPU to connect multiple monitors, will Parallels 9 (latest build) support the PCIe via Thunderbolt? I am looking into the ViDock 4 chassis.

Thunderbolt support currently only works for storage. I mean that directly connecting the GPUs to the VM is not possible.
