PCSWS037 Initialization of the keyboard table failed

I am setting up i series access for windows 7.1 on a iMac with parallels 8 for mac. When i try to start a session i get the error PSCWS037 - initialization of the keyboard table failed. The session may not be fully operational. The session starts but the keyboard will not work. Any idea as to how to get the key board to work. When i try to change the keyboard i get the error PCSKBD110 - The system keyboard (type=34668816, subtype=2) is not supported. Help anyone on this one. I don't want to get a PC for this application.
 
no i was not able to fix the issue. I finialy contacted ibm and installed their new Java based emulation program. That works great in the mac or the pc environment.
