PD 10 prl.cc.exe prevents shutdown on Windows 7

    I've read of several problems with this on version 9 and they all say that an update to version 9 fixed it. But I have PD 10 and get this message. What should I do? It makes using parallels problematic.

    Hi BarbaraS1,
    Check if there is any anti-virus installed in the Windows Virtual Machine, un-install the anti-virus and check how it works.
