PD 13 and High Sierra: black window for Win preferences

hi,
with PD 13.1 in High Sierra and Windows running if I click with right clic on "Configure the (Windows) VM, randomly I get a black window with the "spinning ball" without ending...
also clicking for "Preferences" in Parallels Desktop I get the same (see attached images: left window is PD Preferences, right Windows configuration)...
Any help, please?

ok, Arun, I tried. For now I haven't seen issue with the preferences (instead, for the issues with Start bar it doesn't resolve anything. A workaround is to uncheck the option "Consent to Windows to go in stop"). However, I suspect that the "solution" could be related also with the "unchecking" of the "put in stop" also here...
 
hi, I think that the problem is related to that with the graphic issues in the Start bar with the Mac OS X Dock over *if* in the preference of Windows 10 is set "Put in stop Windows when possible". Disabling that option I had no issue with the black windows nor with "dirty" Start bar. Please, control.

Here I'm using Mac OS X 10.13.1 and PD 13.1.1 (43120). The "black windows" was generated (if that option was on) clicking upon the "configuration" panel of Windows 10 in PD window. The problem of black window or artefact upon Start bar there wasn't first of High Sierra and/or PD 13.1

Please, see here for that video artefact in Start bar and for my presumed workaround: deselecting "Put in stop Windows when possible" (here in Italian "Metti in pausa Windows quando possibile")...
I think the problem in both cases is there.

Hi @salvomic, please check out the instructions mentioned below to fix the issue:
1. Open virtual machine configuration > switch to Options tab > Sharing > turn OFF Shared Profile feature.
2. Start virtual machine in safemode > open Windows File Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Parallels Tools
Rename prl_uprof.dll to prl_uprof_old.dll
3. Restart virtual machine.
4. Open virtual machine configuration > switch to Options tab > Sharing > turn ON Shared Profile feature.
5. Download Shared Profile correct file and run it.
6. Restart virtual machine.
