PD 4.0: Sharing Mac Apps in Windows VM can't be turned off?

In the configuration settings of my WinXP Bootcamp VM I have disabled "Share Mac OS X applications with Windows" and "Share Windows applications with Mac OS X" (and "Share Profile" and "Share Mac OS X folder with Windows" are also disabled).

Sharing Windows Apps: The Mac OS Finder contextual menu item "Open with" is populates with the VM's Windows Appy. This is annoying as I turned this feature off (the feature is disabled since I set up the VM). When selecting one of the Windows Apps, PD 4.0 states that app sharing is disabled and thus the Windows app can't be started. So technically speaking, the "Sharing Windows Apps" feature is disabled, but all the Windows Apps are still known to the Finder and so are all listed in the "Open With" menu item (and making the list cluttered especially when you have a few Windows VMs) .

Sharing Mac Apps: Windows files can be opened with Mac apps although this sharing feature is disabled. And like the "Sharing Windows Apps" feature all the Mac apps are listed in the Windows start menu and the Explorer's "open with" contextual menu item.

Is there is fix for theses two problems?

Ctrl-click on .pvm package (virtual machine bundle, by default can be found under /Documents/Parallels/) and choose Show package contents. Remove Windows Applications folder in appeared window.
 
Thanks, that solved the problem with shared Windows apps.

But it is still possible to open Mac apps from within Windows... (see the "Sharing Mac Apps" topic in my post)

In Windows I deleted all files in "%HOME%\Anwendungsdaten\Parallels\Shared Applications" and deleted all corresponding entires in the registry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications. But next time I start the VM all the Mac application proxies are created again... (like I wrote above PD's feature "Share Mac OS X applications with Windows" is disabled)

As frar as I know Mac applications are stored in 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Parallels\Shared Applications'. You may remove either the whole folder or its contents.
 
Yes, I did that, but the files (the "proxy apps") are created again the next time the vm is started.
