PD Mac 8.0 w/ W8 Guest Pausing

I've got several VM's running. One of them is a W7 machine and if I leave my MacBook Pro, lock the screen, the VM will continue to run in the background just fine.

The other VM, a W8 guest machine, pauses. Which is a very annoying behavior since I want email and a few other apps to continue to run.

Have I changed setting inadvertently to cause this behavior? Is there a way to force the W8 guest VM running on PD Mac 8.0 when you lock your Mac screen for security reasons?

Never mind, I found the issue. Since the VM is Domain Joined the Domain Group Policy for Power was in effect. I had to disable the Domain Policy and things should be fine going forward. Time will tell!
