PD not running on OSX10.12

Ive bought a new license for transferring my old PD8 (on 10.9) to a new computer.
The Installer (ParallelsDesktop-12.2.1-41615) does not even run to the place I could enter my license-key. It shows a problem-ID 15380
What do I have to do?

I have no 0-users. But there are entries with the same number.
example:
_appleevents 55
_pcastagent 55
can this cause the problem?
The article is related to Parallels Desktop 8/9/10 not 12. Is this correct?
Any other idea?
