PD works weirdly in coherence mode

You guys, I just got my retina mbp and PD works fine in full-screen mode, while when I switch to coherence mode, it acts weirdly, the start menu can not be shown properly, the icons and pixels seem very big and the whole menu can not be shown totally, same things happens to the windows applications, looks like the problem of the display solution....any one give me a hand?
my PD is 7.0.15098 and guest os is winxp.

Thanks a lot, but this kb only contains an instruction for win7, will you please tell me how to "Make text and other items larger or smaller" in xp?
