PD18 on Ventura: Windows 11 folder sharing stops working until reboot

M2 MBP; PD18.2; macOS 13.2.1; Win11 22H2 (Build 22621.1265)
Sharing Windows folders from Mac regularly stops working. The VM still shows as available in the Finder under Network, but clicking on it just shows empty window with "Connecting..." indefinitely. Unchecking and rechecking "Access Windows folders from Mac" does not help. Restarting PD does not help. The only thing which seems to help is rebooting the MBP.

I'm running into the same thing here on an M1 running Ventura and ARM Windows 11.
However, if I hold down Option and right-click on the Finder dock icon and select Relaunch, it fixes it and starts working again.
