PD7 + Win7 = Missing Crystal Mode (resolved)

I thought I was missing crystal mode, because judging from http://kb.parallels.com/6857 it'd show up as 'crystal' instead of 'coherence' and have a view option showing crystal.
In testing more it appears that anytime you get the 'parallels icon' in your menu bar, you're using crystal mode, even if it never says it.
