PD8 Coherence Problem

I'm using PD8 with Coherence mode (Chinese Ver.) for Windows XP x64

The problem is when i click on the PD icon on the mac menu bar for showing the "Windows start menu", it dosent work.

Even I use the crystal view mode, it dosent work also.

Anyone knows how to fix it ?

Have you installed Parallels tools?

Also:

Are you referring to the Parallels icon in your dock or the double red lines located at the top right near the date and time?

 

If the icon (2 vertical red lines) is present in the Menu bar you should be able to "right click" on that icon to get the windows start menu. If the menu (or icon) doesn't display when crystal mode is enabled, This may be an indication that Parallels tools have not properly installed (or have been corrupted) in your VM. I would suggest a reinstall of Parallels tools.
