We have just purchased PD8 and we are finding applications constantly just exiting for no apparent reason.

Looking at the parallels log file, it seems to be a network error. What could be causing this?

I'm seeing this too. Mac OS 10.14.2, Windows 10 Pro 1803 64bit, Parallels 14.1.0 Found this in my console:
W /cmn_utils:72089:775/ SBA mode rejected, no vm app was found (/Users/myName/Applications (Parallels)
Trying to connect to my Postgresql instance fails: connection reeset by peer. No other network issues.

Updating to Mac OS 10.14.3 seemed to have resolved the issue - but only for a while (an hour or so).

Hi, please also update the Parallels Desktop to the latest build (14.1.1.) and check the issue. Let us know the results.
