PD9 and network hiccups on host 10.8.5

After I installed PD9 latest version (Build 9.0.23062) I am noticing occasional network hiccups. For example when playing music using VOX player my station gets switched to next station in my favorites. This is done only by network hiccup. I also have IRC client running and always when this happens IRC client also gets disconnected. Another more visible problem is (well possible indication) is when Skype is logged on my host and while starting VM (Win7) Skype status indicator quickly turns from online to off line and back to on line for about 1 sec. This is reproducible on my machine every time. rMBP 15 i7 16G RAM. When PD6 is not running I do not get such problems. I tested this past few days. Anyone see this? Any resolutions? Known problem?
