PD9, Mavericks, Win 8.1 Unable to send shortcut to guest VM

Hi,

i've got an issue, while using Win 8.1 in Mavericks. It's unable to send shortcut to guest VM. For example - I need to use Ctrl+space, but it always send to Mac instead Windows. I tried set "Always", "Never", "on condition", but nothing changed.

It causes only if shortcut using by Mac, if it is not using by Mavericks - it is sending to guest VM
 
I've found the solution:
System preferences - Security & Privacy - Accessibility
Allow the apps below to control your computer:
Parallels Desktop
