Was the VM migrated from physical computer? Take a look at http://kb.parallels.com/7047
(there should be something that consumes required resource)

Point to note is when i went to the site to search for "(Code 12)" no results were found...

It is turned out that there was some change in the search-engine and search on KB started to work only after I reloaded the page with "Crtl + F5" (it is FireFox's shortcut, can't say Safari's one)

I'm having a similar problem, in that I have no visible network adapters from a Boot Camp Win7 install running on PD 6. I'm using "shared networking," but the only network adapter listed under device manager is "Ethernet Controller."

Help?

I cannot get network connectivity via a Win7 boot camp partition on Parallels Desktop 6. No network drivers are found in the device manager. I've tried shared networking, as well as the other options under Parallels tools. Anybody have advice?
