Perforce can't find servers

Bit poster
I can't connect to my company's Perforce server. Using the native OSX environment, I can connect to the server no problem, but for some reason, I only get an error using the same host, port, and username in Parallels (Windows 7 and Win XP), though all other networked apps work fine.

Error is:
Connect to server failed; check $P4PORT.
TCP connect to perforce failed.
perforce: host unknown.
