After running Parallels 5 for a few hours, I start to have serious performance degradation problems with my windows XP that I am running. It slows to a crawl and I have to restart Parallels to resolve. Also, when this happens, the shutdown time is incredible long (5 minutes or even more). Any advice on how to deal with this degradation?
