I am running Windows XP in Parallels 7.0.15104.778994 under 10.7.4 on a 2012 13" Macbook Air with 8 GB RAM, 1.8 Ghz Core i5. I VPN into my work server and use Internet Explorer 9.1. Over time (20+ minutes) the performance of IE degrades (speed slows). If I restart Parallels and Windows, performance returns while restarting IE alone does not restore performance.
Anyone else seeing this? Ideas?
I'm wondering if I will not see this when I upgrade to Windows 8 for $40 when it drops (or will it be Windows 9? - I don't track the Windows world that much).
