Hi Folks, i would like to know if you have a sort of idea about performance comparision between Citrix and 2X.

let's di a scenario
1 Server with an Oracle application do deploy.
20 remote client to use the deployed application
to be used Office products, local printers, and local USB devices (such smartcard reader for the logon, microfons for the voice recognition)

how much bandwidth (at minimum) considering we have a latency < 8 ms. ?
important consideration is the bandwidth, as if is true that 2X is costing less than Citrix, on the other hand is also true that startup is payed once at the beginning, bandwidth i shoul pay from now for the next 10 years, and at the weigth of the cost is even greater than the initial purchase.

Since 2X uses core MS technologies you are looking at comparing RDP and citrix.
2X does have some tweaks and some forms of compression these are going to be ramped up in the future.

There is no official comparative study, since the technologies change a lot that information would be quite volotile.

You are free to test and verify how it would behave in your environment.
