PHONE SUPPORT BULLSHIT

I'm almost 50 years old, am using this software after many years on a new computer just recently purchased. I can't get my keys to work and I can't find a single phone number for help. This is frustrating that I have to waste time going into this ridiculous forum to make contact with anyone who will notice and hopefully reach out to me.

If this is the future of your business, then please refund my purchase and I will invest in another company that knows how to use a damn phone for a customer. I hate the future and the horse shit that comes with it. I don't facepage and tweet and have no desire to contact you thru those stupid things. Put up a damn phone number and answer a damn phone.

Man Richard....I am with you ALL THE WAY!!! Not being able to call someone for support is super frustrating.
 
they keep you on hold for 30 minutes + and then just hang up. Calls disconnect
the chat is a joke as well. Im cancelling their service
