Please cancel my trial

I followed all the instruction and couldn't find an option to cancel the trial subscription. Please cancel auto-renew and any subscription I have.

Thank you for reaching out.
We can see you have a Trial for Parallels Desktop for AppStore edition. As such, you would need to cancel the subscription from within AppStore itself.

Hello,
As per our records, you have activated your 14-days Parallels Desktop free Trial from Parallels Website.
You will not get charged when the trial ends but however you will not have access to Parallels Desktop or your virtual machine(s) unless you purchase a license.
