    Same here, could you please close my account ? There seems to be no option in the account settings to do that. I just wanted to test the new version but unfortunately that didn't work, so no need for an account.

    Hi Parallels Support Team,
    please close my account, too. The forum account as well as the shop account.
    My registered products are to old to get an update, so there is no need to keep them anymore.
