Hello Parallels Support team,
I received an email saying my Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition subscription will renew in 30 days. I do not want it to renew.
Also impossible to find my subscription number.
I could not find any option to cancel auto-renewal. The "manage subscription" link in the renewal email and my account page do not let me turn it off.
Could a staff member please disable auto-renewal on this subscription and confirm here or by email that I will not be charged again?
