Please Help with Media Player

I am running version 1970 of Parallels on an iMac. I cannot get Media Player or Napster, which uses Media Player, to play music. Napster gives an error message constantly that there is a problem check back later. Media Player says there is an internet connection problem. I am running the latest version of Media Player. Of course, iTunes works perfectly, so the sound itself is not the problem, and my internet connection is working in Parallels. I am at a loss.
