    Hi,

I'm no longer using Parallels Desktop. My account seems to be set to autorenew, but I no longer wish to renew this product. I've tried to turn off autorenew, but I'm not seeing how to. I keep getting emails from Parallels saying that my subscription is about to expire, my subscription has expired, payment couldn't be processed, I no longer will be charged, etc. But then, a few days later, I'll get an email saying that it tried to charge my account again. And this cycle has repeated numerous times.

I'm concerned that Parallels is trying to scam people, because you're simultaneously not offering any way (other than posting in this forum, which I just found) to contact you - even to just ask you to please not charge me again because I don't want to renew my subscription.

I'd like this post to serve as legal notice that I no longer wish to use or re-purchase Parallels Desktop. And I'd like to request an easier way of discontinuing being charged. I'm genuinely concerned that Paralells seems to be purposely making it too difficult for customers to be able to close their accounts and avoid from being charged for another year.

Please don't attempt to charge my card again. And may I ask for your help with resolving this?

    Thanks and best wishes

When I click, "Manage Subscription" in my account (in the Prouct Subscriptions page), it says this:
    "Inactive Subscription
It appears the subscription is no longer active. If you believe this is an error or if you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance."
But then, Parallels offers no way for me to contact the support team. (The buttons to create a support request don't work.) And simultaneously, Parallels is continuing to try to charge my credit card that's on file.
    This is concerning behavior. Thanks
