I've recently installed the trial for Parallel 11 on my Macbook Air but there is no sign of an activation key anywhere in my email inbox. I've tried looking at the website for help, but everything is useless and unhelpful. Help would be greatly appreciated.

You can purchase the full version at any time during your trial period and reactivate your copy with it. Go to the Parallels Desktop menu, click on Account & License to open the activation window where you can enter your new key. refer to http://kb.parallels.com/123273 to learn more.

Trial version of Parallels Desktop 11 does not require an activation key. Please refer to this article to know more about how to get trial version of Parallels Desktop 11 on your Mac. At any point of using the trial version, you can make the purchase for the full application from the trial version itself by clicking on the buy option.
