Plesk not starting!

Hi all,

I updated centos from 5.3 to 5.7 but after that every thing worked but not plesk,

Starting xinetd service... done
Starting named service... done
Starting mysqld service... done
Starting postgresql service... done
Starting psa-spamassassin service... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... already started
Starting mail handlers tmpfs storage
Starting Plesk... failed

What to do now to fix that????

I have plesk 10.+
