Poor performance of Autodesk Inventor

Can someone please tell how to improve Autodesk Inventors performance.

It is slow and flickering?

My setup is:

MacBook Pro
Retina 15-inches, mid 2014
OS: OS X Version 10.9.5
Prosessor: 2,2 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR
Graphics: Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Parallels Desktop 10, Version 10.0.2 (27712)
Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit
Autodesk Inventor 2014 64-bit
 
is that very slow or you can use it anyway? I have the same setup and i wanted to buy windows 7 and put inventor on it ...
