I purchased Parallels Desktop 15 on Jan 14, 2020. I had it installed and working fine, but I recently (accidentally) installed a newer version from the Mac App store which overwrote my old version. I re-downloaded Parallels Desktop 15, but when I try to install it, the license key gets a green checkmark, but then it says "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." Can anyone help? Please see attached screenshots. AFAIK, I only have one Parallels account.
