Prevent Parallels from AUTOMATICALLY starting Windows

    All I did was download a file on my Mac - and SUDDENLY Parallels starts Windows 10 - and it takes FOREVER to shut it down.

    I *NEVER* WANT PARALLELS TO E V E R START WINDOWS AUTOMATICALLY.

    HOW THE FLIP CAN THIS LAME FEATURE BE TURN OFF FOR GOOD????
