Previous key 17 standard upgrade to 18 pro subscription to 19 pro

Hi My 19 pro subscription key requires previous activation key for activate.
Any my current 19 pro subscription was renew last June from 17 standard key upgrade to 18 pro.
So I don't have any issue until today upgrade 19 to new version. and when it prompt to activate, and require previous key.
Any help with this issue?
