Previous Key

Good Evening,
i recently purchased an upgrade key for Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac and I was previously using a 2 week trial. When I activated my new key i am prompted a second box that states "You have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from the previous version.". i cannot find the previous version since it is a trial version. Is there any way to get my paid account activated?

You cannot upgrade from a trial version. If you like to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 12 then you need to have Parallels Desktop 10/11 key. If you don't have any valid previous version keys you can get the refund for an upgrade and purchase full key.
