Previous license key needed?

Hi all,

I just purchased the Parallels Mac upgrade only to find out I needed a previous license key which I didn't have, I'd just finished my free trial. I'd like to explore getting a refund and purchase a new license as I'm a student I really can't afford to have paid €50 for nothing, and find out I need to pay another €80.
