    Hi,

My MACBook laptop was refreshed recently (previous old Intel based MACBook and the newest Apple based M4 MACBook). So I could not just copy the old VM pvm file due to the incompatibility issue between the Intel and Apple M4 (ARM based VM OS).

So I just go ahead to install the Parallels Desktop 20 and then create fresh new Win11 VM and activate the license using the purchased upgrade key successfully.
And then and found that I will need to copy out some existing data from the old VM on my old Intel MACBook pro...but then hit the issue that it could not reactivate the Parallels Desktop 20 on my old Intel MACBook here...It won't accept the previous version activation key like as below.

    Please help out. Appreciated!

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that we have reset both of your confirmation keys (PD16 & PD17).

Please retry the activation of Parallels Desktop 20 and let us know if you are still having issues.

    Thanks
