Pricing discrepancies when trying to purchase Parallels 17 for Mac (one-off)

Hi,
Not getting any response from support and the support chat seems down (stuck on 'please wait'). Anyone know if after-sales support exist with these guys?
I am located in the US and trying to buy the one-off product, advertised at $79.99. But when you click through it ups the price to $99.99!
Anyone know how to fix this so I can proceed to buy at the advertised USD price?
