Print in Parallels 11 from PhotoMaker to DNP printer (error message)

Hi,
I have a problem trouble shocking iwhen I want to print photo from" Photomaker" software to DNP pointer, AMS Software where I buy the soft, after some mails exchange with me and test, tell me to see directly with" Parallels" for this error, I can't print directly from the soft to my DNP printer I have always a error message

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Parallels Tools steps click here also make sure share Mac files sharing with Windows virtual machine is enabled click here for more information and let us know how it works.
