My printer will not print from my Parallels on my Mac. It works fine on the Mac part, but when I try to print while using Parallels, I get this message pstopdffilter/pstocupsraster Err # 31000. I used to get this with my old printer and after deleting the first page, then it worked fine until the next time after restarting. This time it won't work at all. The printer is recognized, but says it is IDLE. The printer is an HP 4500 series officejet.
