Printer Installation

I have a HP LaserJet 2100M installed and working fine on the Mac but I cannot get it to install on Parallels.

I have the HP installation disk which appears to install fully however I cannot print the test page or anything else. I connect the HP to the Mac via an IEEE1284 to USB.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.
 
OK, I read all the posts re: Bonjiur, downloaded and installed it and now I have an icon on my windows desktop when selected I'm told "No Bonjour printers are available".

What didn't I do, I must be missing something. When I check the printers I see the HP 2100 LaserJet icon.
