Printer issues with client version: 19.4.25171

Hi we have a client that has started experiencing an issue with the latest version of the client.

I have confirmed its with the client and nothing else in windows.
When they open the Parallels app they get a dialogue box:



This dialogue persists for a number of times as is rather annoying.

Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Can you confirm that the issue goes away if you ONLY downgrade the version of the client (no other changes.)
