    Good day,

As I can't find any resolution to my problem, I hope someone can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong here... The issue is rather simple, I have Mac OSX El Capitan on a Mackbook Pro. Through wireless connection I've connected my network printer to my macbook. I just searched for printer (HP 8500 All-In-One printer) and it was found just like that.

Then, I started up my Windows 8.1 Enterprise edition, with latest Parallels tools installed (I even re-installed the drivers just to be sure). but the Printer didn't show up.

I checked the KB of parallels and it all says it's so easy... just go to vm configuration, click 'share mac printers with windows 8.1' but still it doesn't magically appear. I tried stopping VM, rebooting VM, installing parallels tools again, but without success.
I'm running Parallels 11.1.2 (32408) and Windows is up-to-date with patches. Furthermore, Windows is set up rather basic, ie only Office 2013 is installed on it.

I read: http://blog.parallels.com/2015/04/21/printing-in-parallels-desktop/ which tells me it should be very easy....
I read: http://kb.parallels.com/en/111997 and have followed each step carefully, but still no success.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

    Robert
