Printer not working in Windows

Hi, I'm trying to print some drawings from solid works and every time I click print it says that my printer is offline. I went into the parallel settings and made sure share printers is checked. The printer works just fine in macOS so I don't know whats going on. Is this something some could explain real quick? Thanks
 
It doesn't work at all in Windows. If I go into printer settings it says the printer is offline and that I need to turn it on. The printer is on and ready to go though.
 
Hello @BrandonT4, please start Windows and click on Actions(on the Mac menu bar) > Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if this helps. If still, the issue persists, please let us know whether it is a USB printer or Network printer to assist you further. Thanks, Meena.
