Printer 'Offline' on Parallels Side

Hi

Whenever I try and print anything in Parallels side it says the printer is 'offline' but in configuration it says it's connected. I always have to save the doc as a .page file and print from Mac side.

I have tried re-installing the printer from the disc but still doesn't work..

Anyone any ideas?!

What printer are you printing to on the Parallels side? Have you tried reinstalling Parallels Tools?
